10 steps to producing your movie
1Choose your budget
See your budget options on the dedicated Budget page
2Scheduling
Together we decide on a schedule, including pre-production, shooting days, post production and delivery.
3Off camera interview
An informal chat about your life story. Here we'll decide which parts of your life story to include.
4Story Beats
Our team will sketch out a broad story arc for your film and prepare a series of questions for your 'on camera' interview.
5Shooting Day 1
Your on camera interview will usually take place in a client's home or other familiar place.
6Photographs
On the same day as your on camera interview, we'll go through any photos, digital or physical, that you would like to be inlcuded.
7B-roll and secondary interviews
Depending in your chosen budget, we could now arrange interviews with others you would like to see in the film. There might also be places of importance in youer area that you would like to include.
8The Edit
One of our high calibre editors will now create a first cut of your film based on the arc provided by our Creative Director.
9Viewing your first cut
This is your opportunity to view the first cut of your film and give notes. Based on your notes and our Creative Directors notes, your editor will now produce a final cut of your film.
10Your movie premier!
It's up to you how you, when and where you first screen your film to an audience, but if you want to 'go large' we can help you arrange this from projection to catering.
